LuLu came to visit and over theweekend we went to an Earth Day parade in town where people dressed up as different kinds of animals. We all got to talking about what animal we are going to dress up as in next year's parade.
On Sunday we headed to Portland to OMSI (Oregon Mesuem of Science and Industry). They had many hands on exhibits for the kids along with educational Imax and plaentarium shows. We had a fun day learning all kinds of scientific things.
Today we skipped church and went out to the house to write our prayers and wishes on the walls of our home. It just seemed like a tangible way to build a solid foundation for our lives in this home. We had such fun doing this together and made for a wonderful morning.
Today the kids and I hiked up Pilot Butte and went to Costco for pizza and hot dogs after. The day ended with grabbing tacos with some of our favorite people, the Warricks and playing out at the lot. Both of our husbands are out of town for work so we made the most of the night and spent it together tiring out our children. Good day all around.

Noah is "Special Person" this week and gets to bring in things to share with his class. He is very excited to get to share things about himself. He takes time each night getting things together and has been practicing reading his favorite book to read. Anyone who knows Noah knows this is a very big deal to him to get to share things. We were asked to write a letter to Noah for the teacher to read and thought Noah would appreciate it written with candy. I think Noah is feeling very loved and special this week.
Abbie lost her front tooth. The other one is hanging and should be on its way out soon.
