Today was the downtown Bend Christmas parade. Hunter was in the parade with a friend from school. His friend's grandfather has an old Ford hot rod truck that the boys got to ride in. Hunter had a great time.
As we get closer to our move in and the weather continues to get cooler I am still cutting and stacking wood as there is time. Today my helper was PJ!
Today marks the first night of Advent. We lit the first candle which is HOPE on our Advent wreath. We talked about what the different colors represent and how we can prepare our hearts for Christmas.
Our pots and pans and dishes are all packed so we had Thanksgiving dinner out. It was fun but we are looking forward to having Thanksgiving in our home next year.
2nd annual for us. Last year it was just Hunter, Noah, and Kevin. This year the entire Donaldson crew participated.

Complete with an original cider press from the late 1800's. A great event put on by our friends Jeff and Nikki. Makes you appreciate the work that used to go into food production. I went with Hunter and PJ. Kelly had other birthday parties to attend with Abbie and Noah so we split up.
Just a few pictures of picking out our pumpkins, a Halloween party at the High Desert Museum to pumpkin caring and making our annual acorn squash. Fall is one of our favorite times of year.
